  1. How lucky you are to have a fig tree. We love figs and now I'm glad to know that a fig tree will survive our harsh weather with cold frosty winters and blazing hot summers!

  2. Figs are one of the highest plant sources of calcium and fiber, no annoying pits, full of healthy antioxidants, and they taste good too.

  3. Hi Janice,
I don't have a fig tree. I bought these figs at our local organic farm store. I have tried to grow a fig tree here, twice. Both times it died in the winter.

    Hi Bob,
I did not know all of that nutrition info. I just know that I like the look, feel and taste of the fresh figs. They are a sensuous taste treat.
